Активизация и развитие института церковного Собора в древней Церкви находится в тесной связи с функционированием в ней административной власти, которая подразумевает взаимодействие Поместных Церквей, выражая их единство и общение через своих епископов. В этом смысле духовная власть епископа, который имеет всю полноту административной власти в пределах своей Поместной Церкви, отличается от священной иерархии, которая основана на историческом развитии церковного устройства и общении Поместных Церквей в рамках соборной системы Церкви, обеспечивающей ее единство и взаимодействие на всех уровнях церковного управления. Общение епископов, как выразителей единства Церкви, и объединение Поместных Церквей в более широкие церковные общности активизируют соборную систему Церкви, на основе которой происходит историческое развитие административной власти. - The article examines the question of the relationship between the hierarchical structure of the Church and its conciliar system. The revitalization and development of the institution of the church council in the ancient Church is in close connection with the functioning of administrative power in it, which implies the interaction of local churches, expressing their unity and communion through their bishops. In this sense, the spiritual authority of the bishop, who has full administrative power within his local church, differs from the sacred hierarchy, which is based on the historical development of the church system and the communion of local churches within the framework of the conciliar system of the Church, which ensures its unity and interaction at all levels of the church administration. The communion of bishops, as exponents of the unity of the Church, and the unification of local churches into broader ecclesiastical communities activate the conciliar system of the Church, on the basis of which the development of administrative power takes place. According to the author, in this context one should consider the concept of church primacy, which is a consequence of the interaction of local churches and the development of historical forms of the conciliar institution of the Church. Proceeding from this, primacy in the Church is not something opposite to its conciliarity, but can be justified only within the framework of the historical development of administrative power in it within the framework of the institution of church councils.ruЦерковное единствоЕпископПервенствоПоместная ЦерковьСоборностьЦерковный СоборArticle
